-Yes, you are welcome to place a sample order to test the quality and market.

2. How long does it take to make a customized sample?
-Lead sample time for different watches are varies from 15 days to 48 days, silicone watches 15-20 days, alloy watches 20-25 days, wood watch 25-38 days, stainless steel watches 40-45 days.

3. What is the delivery time if I place an order?
-Delivery time is 3-5 working days for stock models. For OEM/customized orders, delivery time is varies
from 15 working days to 58 working days depend on different models and material. Silicone watches are 15-20 days,alloy watches are 25-30 days, wood watches are 35-45 days, stainless steel watches 38-58 days.

4. What is the warranty you offer for your watches?
-We provide a 1-year warranty for our watches (with the only exception being if the damage is caused by abuse or misuse by the owner). All our watches are quality control double checked and are guaranteed to be in working condition before shipment. If you receive watches that are broken or in non-working condition, chances are they were destroyed in transit during shipping. If this were to happen, we ask that you send us photos or video to show us and we will either replace them in your next order or we can negotiate a different solution.

5. How do you ship the watches?
-We usually ship our goods via DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or EMS regarding bulk orders. You are also welcome to use your own forwarder or shipping account.
